  • Lawyers and Barristers: to have independent ‘Expert Witness’ reports in court or tribunal proceedings; and,
  • Strata Companies and Property Managers: to provide an independent ‘Professional Opinion’ Reports into service failures that occur within a building.The report may also  provide remedial recommendations.
